- Spinach- a large handful, washed
- Mint leaves - 2 or 3 springs of mint with the stalk, washed.
- Kiwi- 2 medium kiwis
- Melon- green fleshed, slice in half and de-seed.

- Spinach - a large handful, washed
- Apple- 1, washed and cored
- Beetroot- 2,washed and peeled
- Blueberries - handful
! Blend the spinach, apple and beetroot well and add the blue berries at the end. Give it a quick blend so they don't completely liquidize and instead just break up into smaller segments. This will add some texture you your drink!
