3 Spring Juices !




Here are some quick and easy juice recipes for you to try. Cool and refreshing, perfect for spring! 













Pick me up Juice : Rich in potassium and Vitamin A, this juice is perfect after a late night.
  • Spinach- a large handful, washed
  • Mint leaves - 2 or 3 springs of mint with the stalk, washed.
  • Kiwi- 2 medium kiwis 
  • Melon- green fleshed, slice in half and de-seed.
The Busy Bee Juice : You've got a busy day ahead of you, try this drink to help you keep going and keep you concentration levels high.
  • Spinach - a large handful, washed
  • Apple- 1, washed and cored
  • Beetroot- 2,washed and peeled
  • Blueberries - handful   
Blend the spinach, apple and beetroot well and add the blue berries at the end. Give it a quick blend so they don't completely liquidize and instead just break up into smaller segments. This will add some texture you your drink! 

Energizing Juice :Helps keep you fighting strong and fit so you can take on whatever life throws at you. Rich in carotene and vitamin C.
  •  Carrots - 3, washed 
  •  Oranges -3, peeled and sliced
  •  Apples - 2, washed and sliced
  • Ice Cubes - crushed
